The main use was terror.

People were to scared to speak out because they knew what would happen to them. Many people of Germany did know that what Adolf Hitler was doing was wrong but were to afraid and felt alone so did not say their part. A lot of Germans fled from the country as they thought it was becoming 'brainwashed' by Hitler and overall i believe it was. Hitler was an amazing speaker but he used this power in malicious ways to intimidate and scare people. All these factors come together to empathy the fact Hitler mainly used terror tointimidate the German people from questioning the Nazi Party.
