Unlike other states that have drug tax stamps and actually issue a physical stamp, Georgia only issues you a "receipt" upon payment of the $3.50/gram tax. You get the receipt by going to the Georgia Department of Revenue (which is crawling with police) and paying the tax, not something I would recommend. :-)
