i will recomemded you to talk about it with a good friend, family member or a person that you feel confortable talking about it. That was a very traumatic experienced, and some people requiered medical or profesional help. i'd had found that talking with someone is better than writing, eventhough also helps me a lot. you will find out that all these only will help you if you want, an as i see you are looking for help, but the major effort is in your part to continue the life that both of you loved and worked for. never try to forget that person, and try to help others help themselves. suicide is considered part of the depresions(usually happens when people are getting better and also it is more frecuent in males eventhough more females try to do it.just waked up in the morning give thanks to god or anything for enjoy one more day and pray or talk to your love, do good and talk to people, get professional help if need it. all of these stuff is what i did. still i sit alone in my apartment and hold the old pictures, remember the old times and smell the old clothes, go for a walk, sit in front of the ocean and cry alone. then go back to the "normal life". hope my advice help you. also, search for supports group in your community, that help a lot.good luck!nel
