This will normally be the answer to "wie geht's" or how are you. You could say "Sehr gut" (S as in Sarah and then air, Gut like good but with a T instead of D). The actual translation is Very good. Or you could say gut fühlen (good with T, Foolin' with a U sound in stead of 'oo'
