Another is manly off the work of ancient roman novels and manuscripts acting as inspiration for those such as Leonardo da Vinci and a massed of scholars. My personal thought is the panting that Hans Holbein panted of the German merchant Georg Gisze inspired Leonardo da Vinci to pant the Mona Lisa at that time as you know would never panted peasants. Another is to pant religious artwork to gain the affection of the catholic church as such the popes would adore the artwork of such painters and would commission them to pant portraits of God angles and how men could get close to them and as such the mosaic in Sistine Chapel in Rome. Michelangelo was commissioned to pant this on its ceiling known as one of the best works of this age and are also as a religious symbol.(Robert Hold)
