I believe of the 2402 military killed in the Pearl Harbor attack 1177 people died when the USS Arizona sank. It trapped them in the ship and drowned them to death.
17 servicemen died, 40 were injured in the bombing of the USS Cole. Of those killed, 5 were under 21 years of age.
The USS Shaw (DD-373) was damaged at Pearl Harbor, the ship was repaired and served through out the war, she was scrapped in July 1946.

The USS Shaw was a Mahan-class destroyer, was present in the Attack of Pearl Harbor. She was extremely damaged in the attack, having her magazine blown. She was immediately repaired and sent out into the Pacific War. Not too long after, she was sold for scrap.
