The Gallipoli Campaign, fought during World War I from April 1915 to January 1916, resulted in significant casualties on both sides. Approximately 44,000 Allied soldiers, including Australians, New Zealanders, British, and others, lost their lives, while the Ottoman Empire suffered around 86,000 military fatalities. The campaign is remembered for its high human cost and strategic failures.

Yes, the Civil War was one of the bloodiest wars in history, with an estimated 620,000 to 750,000 soldiers killed.
There is no answer to this question, because no one knows how many soldiers have died in war (as you said "gone to war", I presume you mean soldiers rather than non-combatants). Even in modern wars soldiers go MIA (missing in action) and sometimes no one ever finds out what happened to them. This would apply even more so in ancient wars, wars between tribes, guerrilla wars against occupying forces or colonial powers, or wars that took place over very large areas, such as the American Civil War and the two world wars. Often it is not known how many people even took part in wars, let alone how many were killed in them.
In World War I, around 17,000 died. In world war II around 12000died, bringing the total of the two wars to 29,000. A much smaller amount have died in other wars.
55,000,000

Anzac was a term that was coined to describe the New Zealand and Australian troops at Gallipoli in 1915 (the First World War). After the Gallipoli Campaign ended the Corps disbanded and became the New Zealand Expeditionary Force (NZEF) and the Australian Infantry Force (AIF). They were no longer Anzacs. So really only one.
According to Wikipedia, about 591,725 Americans were killed in all three wars.
You won't find accurate figures about this. Different sources claim different figures. Neutral sources claim that over 3,800 soldiers lost their lives in 1965 War and over 10,000 soldiers were killed in 1971 War.
