At the begining they had access to cold water showers but when the camps began to be liberated, the guards left and the water was shut off. I highly doubt there were showers. Many who weren't gassed died from disease. One of those diseases was Typhus (not exactly sure if spelling is right). This disease was developed from POOR HYGIENE. Anne Frank died from this disease, along with her sister, Margot.
