Elizabethan social life was characterized by a strict hierarchy, with the monarchy and nobility at the top, followed by gentry, merchants, and the working class. Social gatherings, such as feasts, plays, and festivals, were common, reflecting a vibrant culture that valued entertainment and the arts. The era also saw a growing influence of the middle class, which began to gain prominence through trade and commerce. Overall, social interactions were influenced by class distinctions, but there was also a sense of community within neighborhoods.

Elizabethan men typically held more power and authority in society, often occupying roles as landowners, politicians, and heads of families. They were expected to be the providers and protectors, which granted them greater freedom in social and public life. In contrast, Elizabethan women were largely confined to domestic roles, with limited rights and opportunities for education or employment, and were often expected to marry and manage households. Despite this, some women, particularly those from higher social classes, could exert influence through their relationships and patronage, but their public presence was generally restricted compared to men.

The life of a noble in Elizabethan era is wealthy. The nobles have always given many benefits and immunity during this era and their children are sent to the best and expensive schools in the town.
What life was like during the Elizabethan era depended upon your social and financial status. If you had money and wealth, life was good. If you didn't, you had to work hard.
Not much. The story is not an English story, and is older than the Elizabethan era. Thirteen-year old girls were not forcibly married in Elizabethan England, nor were they kept cloistered in their parents' house, nor were they Catholics, as everybody in this play is. In other words, the play is useless as a social document about Elizabethan England, but then it is not a social document but a script for an entertainment. A better play to consider life in Elizabethan England is The Merry Wives of Windsor.
