I do not think that is true; Mainly because I am leaning on Russia winning a Nuclear war due to its far more superior number in nuclear power (11,00-15,000 estimated) than the U.S.A's (8,000-10,000 estimated). Also Russia is too big of a land to destroy and not to forget Russia has the most powerfull Nuclear Warhead: The Tolop-M. Also If Russia does not win. Nations wouldn't destroy each other and end it all. There would ALWAYS be survivors to tell the truth and their is ALWAYS a country that wins, and if there were a Nuclear War. That country would most probably be Russia.

If there was a nuclear war, EVERYONE would loose. And do some research. The Tsar Bomb is the largest. If there was a nuclear war then russia and the usa would be the mostlikely targets due to their size. And i doubt it would be all vs all.
