Cyprus generally has a hotter climate than Portugal, especially during the summer months. Average summer temperatures in Cyprus can reach around 35°C (95°F), while in Portugal, they typically range from 28°C to 34°C (82°F to 93°F). Additionally, Cyprus has a Mediterranean climate characterized by long, hot summers, while Portugal's coastal regions benefit from the moderating effects of the Atlantic Ocean. Therefore, while both countries can experience high temperatures, Cyprus tends to be the hotter option overall.
