Nothing could be farther from the truth. It is not easyto make changes to the US Constitution, but from time to time changes are necessary and possible. In fact, not all of the methods of amendment have been tried. On their own, the states have the power to amend the constitution without approval from any branch of government. Once the states ratify an amendment, it becomes law and no branch of government can exercise any appeal or veto. The only involvement of the government is that the senate decides whether the states will go through their existing legislatures to make the amendments, or form special state conventions instead. Many people are of the opinion that the states have attempted many times to initiate this process and have been thwarted by an unresponsive senate. If this is true, it is a serious problem.
Most US citizens seem to think that 'government' is something above them in terms of prestige and authority. Anything that happens related to government somehow 'comes down' from the all powerful federal government and that's that. Few US citizens realize that the authority of the government is given to the government by the People, and that the People within their several states in fact have authority over any US government. We are too lazy, entitled and fat to realize this, or to care. But at some point, the excessive power of government along with the monumental power of Big Business will pressure us into waking from our trance.
False. This was an example of loose construction and one of the first major uses of the "necessary and proper" or "Elastic Clause" of the Constitution.
True. The Articles of Confederation required the approval of all 13 states for ratification, while the U.S. Constitution only required the consent of nine states to become effective. This difference allowed for a more streamlined process in adopting the Constitution compared to the Articles of Confederation.
The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the United States? true or false
true
Amendments to the Constitution of the United States have all the same power and effect as the original document, and can even have more legal standing than the original. An amendment can supersede text in the original document.

True. The Constitution gives Congress the authority to 'make all laws which shall be necessary and proper.'
A necessary truth is a statement that is true in all possible circumstances. An example of a necessary truth is "224." This statement will always be true, regardless of any circumstances or conditions.
Yes, it is true that amendments to the Texas Constitution are added to the end of the document. When amendments are ratified, they are incorporated at the end, preserving the original text while expanding the constitution. This practice helps maintain a clear historical record of changes made over time.

A+ All states must follow a national amendment process to make changes to state constitutions.
"That all men are created equal" in the preamble of the constitution was true for most Americans, but not so for Black citizens. The civil rights movement of the 60's was the process of attempting to bring TRUE EQUALITY to all races to make that constitutional statement true.
Hard Link: Two actual copies of the same program. Make changes to one and the other reflects the same changes. Make changes to the latter and the former changes. Both files take up space on disk. Use this if you want to mirror some of your files. I don't think it is possible to do this with directories, only files.Symbolic Link: Only one true copy of the file on disk. The symlink(s) which point(s) to it are simply pointers which know the address of the true copy. Any changes to the symlink changes the true copy and any changes to the true copy changes the true copy. So only the true copy gets modified, but it may be modified through any of the symlinks which are linked to it. So you need to take care if you modify any of the symlinks because the true copy will reflect those changes and then in turn so will all of the symlinks. Possible with directories.
