No. They were all very religious men, although in different ways. Some of them came from states with established religions and thought that was a proper way for a state to be run, but would have wanted the federal government out of the matter. They all saw religion as the source of righteousness and virtue and felt it was impossible to maintain a civilized society, much less a free republic, without the individual virtues engendered by religion.
