large colonies of bacteria know to exist in
I know Pennsylvania for one.
i know botox -- a deadly bacteria
they had been created mostly due to the restoring of the Stuarts line to the British throne.
dose any one know what a colony is
I would like to know how many south western tribes exist
No, Bacteria are everywhere and life could not exist as we know it without them. Thus in general bacteria are not a biological hazard. However, some types of bacteria are pathogenic (they can cause diseases). These species of bacteria are a biological hazard.
they aren't counted as colonies because they did not exist back when they made colonies
As far as I know, pretty much everywhere. Bacteria cells don't have a nucleus, they have something in the middle, which I don't know what it is, and then lots of ribosomes scattered around....Actually, maybe they don't even have ribosomes. Sorry I can't be of more help.
To decide on which colonies you should pick from a plate culture, you'll have to know whether you desire to grow a mixed culture of different microbes and bacteria or a pure culture that consists of only one strain of bacteria or microbe.
you can view the colony in microscope by simple staining or without staining and also they have some specific colonial characterstics which are different from fungal like fungal colonies are almost have thread like structures on their boundries but bacterial did not
the thing u need to know about the 13 colonies or the southern colonies is that they were well some of them were invented by William Penn's
Yes you do exist ,its just that they don't know you do
I always wanted to know what bacteria was and now I know that it means...
The middle colonies were known for being in the middle
don't know, if ur looking for middle Atlantic colonies nickname its the breadbasket colonies
vampires don't exist. werewolves don't exist. didn't you know that?
so, first you have to pin down the meanings of "you" "know" and "exist". Let's say that we agree on the first two words... and only need to question "exist". If "exist" can include times that you don't have a body, then I think we can answer the question. You know you exist, because you can ask the question. If you didn't exist, you couldn't ask the question.
