The Committee on Fair Employment Practices (FEPC). created out of the negotiations between A. Philip Buchanan and President Roosevelt in 1942. the new committee ensured that no employer could discriminate based on Race, Religion or National Origin. The negotiations would never have started without the proposed March on Washington.
African Americans used many different strategies to gain equal rights during World War II. Specifically, Black leaders forced Roosevelt into doing something about the discrimination the military men were experiencing. So, the President created the Fair Employment Practices Commission. It was a council set up to deal with claims of discrimination by any minority working in the War.
To Roosevelt was created in 1904.
Prodi Commission was created in 1999.

MacDonald Commission was created in 1982.
Clarendon Commission was created in 1861.
