The question should not be about the constitution, rather about the supreme court's interpretation of the 1st Amendment. On January 23rd this year, they voted to extend the "protections" to Corporate entities. Free speech doesn't really have a law, it's more of a prerequisite to meaningful human interactions. It's quite clear where the Founding Fathers stood on Free Speech, but in today's corporate run megamart Dystopia, who knows.
