The largest current warship class is the Nimitz class carrier or the Gerald R. Ford class carrier. Each displace about 100,000 tons. The largest class warship of WW II was the Japanese battleship of the Yamato class which displaced 75,000 tons and had 9 18.1 main guns, the largest ever installed aboard ship.

You are probably thinking of the USS Arizona.
The USS Enterprise (CV-6) was the most decorated warship in WWII. She outlived her sisters USS Yorktown (CV-5) and USS Hornet (CV-8) who were sunk at Midway and Santa Cruz in '42. She was the last of the Yorktown class fleet carriers. An attempt to save her as a memorial failed, and she was scrapped in 1959. Currently, the most decorated US warship might be the battleship USS New Jersey, this warship is the only Vietnam Veteran Battleship, holding 19 battlestars. She fired almost 6,000 rounds of 16 inch shells at communist target in Vietnam; more shells than she did in WWII and Korea combined.
