Interesting question. For much of the middle ages, English peasants were required by law to carry bows at all times. This was so the king could raise an army without great expense, because the arrow of an English longbow could penetrate armor and kill a knight from well over 100 yards. But this also meant the English peasants had a good deal of power of their own. And the nobility had to respect that power.
I would have to say yes and no. Life was almost certainly easier for English peasants than for their continental counterparts. But it really was rather hard for most people, I think.
They lived in a small village with other peasants and serfs.
Peasants lived in a village outside the manor.
Peasants back in the medieval times lived in huts that they built out of whatever they could get. Example: sticks, wood, bark, etc. I hope that I could help :)

They suffered a lot of pain and acted as slaves most of the time. They had NO money and could not afford any good clothes. Peasants were treated poorly and didn't have enough to eat. It was very hard and sad.

Where did peasants live?
In a village
In the sixteenth century there were so many problems and they were being killed so harsh and hard.
In medieval times, a peasant was someone of the lower economical class. They could either be free peasants, working and purchasing their own home and food, or they could choose to work at a royal household. There, they were legally considered part of the property - they were slaves. But being part of the royal household had advantages. The peasants were given housing and a small patch of earth for farming their own food. They could live with their families, and they were protected in times of war. Often, peasants chose this lifestyle.
Yes, an agricultural estate run by a lord and worked by peasants is commonly referred to as a manor in the feudal system. The lord owned the land and granted portions to peasants or serfs, who would farm the land in exchange for protection and a place to live. This system was central to medieval European society, where the lord provided governance and security while peasants contributed labor and agricultural produce.
The peasants give food & land to the lords.
they have changed from weak and easy to destroy, to sturdy, and quite hard to attack.
