If you mean immediately after, she screamed and went into survival mode, trying to escape out the back of the convertable car they were riding in. It's hard to imagine the Horror of that moment for her. The President never really knew what hit him, he fell into unconsciousness almost immediately, but she was fully aware the entire time.
