Indentures varied from person to person. The average indenture explained how long it would take for the servant to pay off the amount they owed, what they would be given as freedom dues at the end of the period, and other special terms and conditions.
Well a small farm was usually run by an freed Indentured Servant and a Plantation was a huge tobacco farm. Many slaves worked on the farm and the owner was white, a male and had a say in the government. The main difference is really that a small farm is poor and a plantation is rich.

The social contract basically says that the government should say out of of the people business.
First of all indentured people were NOT Slaves. They were people who signed a contract for 7 years to work off the cost spent for them to come to the colonies ( actually there are indentured servants still today). A slave was a human who was bought and sold. They had no say in their life, they were in chains, they had their identity taken from them, they were not free to leave or decide any thing about how they spent their life. The indentured servant was a free white who did decide how to live their life.
Deborah Sampson was born December 17, 1760. Her dad went off to become a sailor but died when his ship sank at sea. Others say he went to Maine and started a new family. Deborah's mom had to give Deborah to her cousin, Miss Fuller. But then she died and Deborah moved with old Mrs. Thatcher. After that a minister helped Deborah move to Deacon Thomas' house. There she was an indentured servant for 10 years. Save
Indentured servant is more politically correct way to say legal slave control. Simply because the servant signs and bounds themselves in a contract for payment of travel expenses or housing. But because they have signed and indentured themselves to the master the debt can be increased on the master's side causing the servant to forever pay a debt back. Think student loans and mortgage payments when you have bad credit.

To say "The contract is being signed" in French, you would say "Le contrat est en cours de signer," or more simply "On signe le contrat."
The contract will say which law is in effect but cannot be canged after it has been signed so will be the law that was there when it was signed.
Technically the question should be "Was an indentrued servant poor?" seeing as indentured servanthood was outlawed a while ago. However to answer the question, yes they were. In fact, many of them accepted the contract just to get somewhere. For example, many indetured servants were just poor people who wanted to get to the America in the 1700s but didn't have enough money so they signed a 7 year contract with a wealthier person who agreed to provide for them and get them to America in exchange for the 7 years of work. However, this "7 year" time was often abused by the wealthier person. For example, they would say something along the lines of "You didn't work hard enough. You owe me another year." So many people would not get out for a long time.
The answer depends on what's in your contract. You need to review your copy of the contract that you signed. The company may have reserved the right to not hire you. If you still have questions you should have it reviewed by an attorney who can explain your rights and options. You may not have read it carefully enough before you signed.
you had to work for a long time and closer for you to being free the owners will be harsher on you for example if you were 2 seconds late they would say that since you are late you have to work another 6 months
If I understand you correctly, you want to know how to say an indentured servant of the messiah. That is עבד המשיח (EH-ved hah-mah-SHEE-ahkh). If this is wrong, please post another question.
In Paul's letter to Philemon, when he refers to himself as a servant, he means a servant of Christ.
Right up until you sign the contract, you can walk away. After that ... you have NO time to change your mind. A signed contract is a signed contract. The one exception would be if the contract itself explicitly gives you the right of rescission for some period, so check it carefully. Most contracts very explicitly say there is no "cooling-off" period, so be sure you want the car when you sign. They say this so the dealership can point to it if you later change your mind and say "Nope. See, right here, we TOLD you."
