John Adam's gravestone said, "Here lies John Adams, who took upon himself the responsibility of Peace with France in the year 1800." His grave remains one of the most popular of all those belonging to U.S. presidents.
Yes, John Adams was a student of the Enlightenment and therefore agreed with Voltaire's saying "I may not agree with you but I will defend to the death your right to say it" (that isn't the exact quote, but you hopefully get the idea). Extend this belief unto actions, and what we have here is John Adams.
John Q. Adams reported did that. I read somewhere that something happened to his clothes on one occasion.
They were looking for Samuel Adams and John Hancock, two rebel leaders. I do not lie when I say this, I just looked it up in my history book. =]
Several men signed the Declaration of Independence, but some of the most famous were Thomas Jefferson (who is believed to have written the document), John Adams, John Hancock, Samuel Adams, and Benjamin Franklin.
EDIT: Hi, Kiki here! They say that 5 people were involved in the Declaration of Independence. As far as I know, John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, and Thomas Jefferson were all responsible to draft it. However, John Adams and Benjamin Franklin left it to Thomas because he was the best writer of them all.Thomas Jefferson did most of it, but Franklin and Adams made a few minor edits. So those people were responsible for that..Please note that there are multiple questions about this, and resources that help. XOXOXOXO from the awesomest....

Yes. John Adams was a cheater. If you ask him, he will deny it. Trust me. As they say, "A friend in need is a friend that cheated." ~Elvis, 1509.
No one can say for sure.
Some historians say that John Quincy Adams was the best Secretary of State the U.S. ever had.
