Relations have stayed the same between the north and the south Koreas after the Korean War. They have had numerous clashes although better relations seemed possible in 2,000 after the north and south Koreas' leaders met in Pyongyang and decided to work toward peace and cooperation.
The relation between north and south Korea is very strict and hardend the two areas have now spillt up and never talk to each otherToday South Korea has become a major economic and technological power. North Korea is a poverty-stricken, heavily militarized nation.
The same as it is today. The Korean War did not end; it is still ongoing. There is only a "truce"; an Armistice is a truce, and was signed in July of 1953; that Armistice is all that is keeping the peace in Korea at the moment.
Though the two were close allies during the Cold War, relations between them have. Hundreds of thousands of North Koreans were educated in the USSR.

North Korea is a communist nation with very low levels of human rights and actually has very poor relations with most of the countries of the world (except for countries like Iran) and many trade embargos have been imposed on the country, South Korea, however, is a democratic and developed country to the South. This country is backed by the United States and has an extremely well developed economy and good relations with most of the world. Overall, South Korea is a more stable country with a larger and better trained military as well.
No.

Well, South Korea is the best country ever And Korea is better then America. Ha Ha. Korea is better then Korea
No. The Korean War ended with a stalemate between the China-assisted North Korea and the United Nations-assisted South Korea. The two nations remain bitter rivals without diplomatic relations to this day.
Cuba, Libya, Iran, and North Korea are the only countries not to have diplomatic relations with the US.
