You cant take away human rights because we are all born with the same rights. However, they can be violated. At the time of the the persecution of Jews and other minority's in Europe they were simply imprisoned and abused by the same sort of brutish regimes that still exists all over the world today. Most of which owe their existence to the super powers that were so repulsed by the German death camps. The only thing that changed after WW2 was that a different group of brutes was brutalizing a different group of people For the right reasons of coarse. The rights however for all of us remain the same.
