I do not know but I know that porcelain is a name for goods made with fine grained clay (kaolin) fired at a high temperature, that is often made into high quality cups and dishes.

Anything about villeroy boch french mettlach porceline pattern called gitta?

I have such a stein. Numbered 172. and initialed by the artist, the 1 liter stein bears the scene of a 15th or 16th century Frenchman carrying a sword, looking like a Musketeer, wooing a french lady on a swing with a boy playing the lute and a girl reading a book. I believe it to hail from the Fraconia Region of Bavaria. It was a French Duchy. Please provide photos.

How do you fix the porceline crack?

If its not too big and depends were its at you can use JB weld. its cheap and easy. USUALLY,MOST CARS UNFORTUNATELY HAVE PLASTIC ENDS ON EACH SIDE OF RADIATOR ,OVER TIME THEY DECAY,A RADIATOR IS UNDER A LOT OF PRESSURE,AND THE TWO DON'T MIX,THIS COULD BE THE CASE.REPLACING THE RADIATOR IS THE ANSWER ,PATCHING IT ONLY BUYS YOU A LITTLE TIME .YOU MAYBE BROKE DOWN AGAIN SOONER THAN YOU THINK,LEAVING YOU STRANDED.NOT A GOOD IDEA TO PATCH IT.BUY A NEW ONE THAT'S CHEAPER THAN RUNNING IT HOT POSSIBLY CAUSING THE ENGINE TO OVERHEAT CRACKING A HEAD OR BLOWING A HEAD GASKET.THESE ARE VERY EXPENSIVE REPAIRS 10 TIMES WHAT A RADIATOR WOULD COST YOU.

How do you unseize the engine?

Heres one way to unseize an engine, I know it works on single cyl engines but should work on any type. First you take an old spark plug and break all the porceline off and out of the plug, then cut off the ground tab which is above where the electrode was. Now you will have just the threads with a hole all the way through it. Take a grease zert / grease nipple and weld it to the top of the plug. First soalk each cylinder in penetrating oil over night, then thread the modified plug it in to the engine, put a grease gun on the nipple and pump grease into the cylinder. Make sure you do a good weld job so the grease doesnt escape from the cylinder. Make sure you use this on a cylinder which is mid stroke, not TDC or BDC. The pressure provided by the grease gun should be enough to pop the piston loose and it applies even pressure to the top of the piston as well which reduces the chance of breaking a ring, at least on the one cylinder you are using it on. Good luck, C.O. Michetti.
