The primary role of middle-class women often encompasses balancing professional responsibilities with family and household management. They typically serve as caregivers, nurturing children and supporting family dynamics, while also pursuing careers or educational opportunities. Additionally, middle-class women frequently engage in community activities and social networks, contributing to both economic stability and social cohesion. This dual role reflects their increasing influence in both the domestic sphere and the workforce.

They were an important and respected class of people.
Virtually everyone below adult age was 'home-schooled' then, and women played the primary role in this function. Ah, the good ol' days.
In the Iron Age there would have been no "middle eastern women". This identification is a modern political one. The role of all women in this time would have been to gather food and care for the children.
The term "bourgeoisie" traditionally refers to the middle class, particularly in the context of capitalist societies. It encompasses those who own the means of production, such as businesses and factories, and is often contrasted with the working class or proletariat. In Marxist theory, the bourgeoisie plays a critical role in the dynamics of class struggle and economic power. However, the definition can vary, as it may also include upper-middle-class individuals and professionals.

Life for upper-class women, as opposed to working class women, declined. This change was due to era that preceded it (the middle-ages). During this time, women played more of a domestic role and were more permissive and servile (their primary role was to manage the household and bear children). However, during this period their were many literate and educated females that neither advanced nor pushed feminist attitudes (they did defend educated upper-class women though). Women during this time, and before it, were treated as property and had many of the constraints that were placed on them generations before (misogynistic attitudes e.g. marriage and the role of women). A perfect example of this (e.g) is Leonardo of Da Vinci and his attitudes and prejudices against the ladies (albeit his sexual preferences). The women body, in many ways, was the inspiration of many an artist (the nude form) but men were mostly depicted.
