Recently, in my area, when the seller is voluntarily selling and the buyer is voluntarily buying ... and etc. they bring around $300... if the parts match and they retain some of their original condition.
The only time we can arrive at a true value is when the buyer and the seller agree on a price!
SO, if you are a seller, or want to be a buyer, send me a message, we might be able to determine a value. iflya310@Yahoo.com

About $50 to $100. Also known as the RG63. Made by Röhm in Germany, pre-1968. I've seen in .38 caliber and need a cylinder for one in .32.
I believe these revolvers were made in the late 1950's until the early 1960's. I have one that is identical to the RG63 by Röhm GmbH of Germany. Dickson Cheyenne was likely a trade name of a United States importer. Can anyone tell me where to find a cylinder for this model?

$75-$100. The Rohm/ RG handguns were of low quality, and are not well regarded in general.
private sale: less than $100USD 03/01/13 depends on condition. i bought one used late 2010 at a garage sale. well used. broken mainspring. $25USD
$25-$75. Low cost firearms, no longer imported, indifferent quality. Same with the 22lr, 22mag, and 38spl.
Open the cylinder, remove all ammunition, check it again. Use a cleaning rod with a patch holder tip to swab the bore, chambers, and inside of the frame with patch wet with powder solvent. Replace patch holder tip with bore brush, and use brush to scrub bore and chambers. Use patch holder tip to run clean patches through the bore and chambers. Use a clean patch to wipe inside of frame.
