It all depends upon what the COLLECTOR is willing to pay for it. Another words, to a golfer (a soccer mom example) who most likely collects nothing but Golf clubs, and plays cards...he'll most likely pay nothing for it. To a military collector...and that flag is in his FIELD OF STUDY (or hobby) then that's where the value will lay.
The second biggest problem, and it's as common as slow traffic, is that anything that is cloth can be faked; therefore the problem will be selling the point of authenticity to the buyer.
