It is possible that each person in each nation in America has a different opinion of England. It is highly unlikely that everyone will hold the same opinion. For instance, there may be a Peruvian somewhere that loves England whilst his neighbour dislikes it intensely.
In my opinion, I think domain names are a rip off because of the simple fact that some companies charged ridiculous amount of money for a domain. While in some cases, other companies dont charge that much at all to get the same effect as the other companies.
