One traditional celebration is Bonfire Night which only exists here. All over the country we have bonfires and fireworks and traditionally throw a 'guy'- a mock version of Guy Fawkes who tried to blow up the houses of parliament - on to the fire.

Other traditional things include Sunday roast dinners, pubs, the changing of the guards at Buckingham Palace, pancake day also known as Shrove Tuesday.
