Not 100% sure. However, as Napolean was born in Corsica I would have to almost be certain that his 'native' language would have been corsican.

Corsican is the traditional native language of the Corsican people, and was long the sole language of the island, which was acquired by France in 1768.

However, once he started school he was schooled in French.
