The East India Company (EIC) gained control over Bengal primarily through a combination of military strength and political maneuvering. The decisive victory in the Battle of Plassey in 1757, where they allied with discontented local leaders, allowed them to overthrow the Nawab of Bengal, Siraj ud-Daula. Subsequently, the EIC exploited the region's wealth through trade and revenue collection, further consolidating their power. This control was solidified with the subsequent administrative and military dominance they established in the region.
In1756 the french eccourged the NAWAB of Bangal ,Siraj-ud-Dulah to attack the EIC base at Culcatta. He captured the city, but was unable to keep controlof it.In 1757 clive arrived with a fotce of EIC soldiers and defeated Siraj-ud-Dullah's troops in the battle of plassey. The NAWAB'S body was found in a river after the battle

The child that the child actually lives with for most of the year can claim the EIC on the child. If the divorce agreement specifies that a non-custodial parent can claim the child on his or her taxes, it does not mean that he or she can claim the EIC on the child. EIC is not granted in court orders. To claim EIC, you must pass the age, relationship, and residency requirements. If the child does not actually live with the non-custodial parent for most of the year than the non-custodial parent may NOT claim the child.
