Today's jobs tend to be less physically demanding, but require more education than the medieval jobs did. Also in the Middle Ages, people were much more likely to do the same things their parents did than they are today. There are many more different kinds of jobs today than there were then, though the medieval job list is surprisingly long. Medieval people tended to work longer hours than people do today, and they were probably more willing to do risky work because they knew that life was short and hard, and that they would go to better things if they were good.
Most surface waters were contaminated with raw sewage and people knew drinking this would make them sick (although they did not understand the cause). Wine and beer were OK as the alcohol level killed the microorganisms (although they did not know this either).
I did a whole history report on this. It depended on who it was. The rich people would hunt for their feasts in the morning, and gather many people to eat the meat. They ate pottage in stale bread bowls called drenchers and gave any leftovers to dogs. They drank fine wine. The poor people, however, had cheese and maybe a tomato with bread and drank ale.

Yes. If your liver weren't working at least that well, a bout of heavy drinking would kill you.
Water that dinosaurs drank would have eventually been expelled via urine. Once it was, it would evaporate and rejoin the water cycle. Eventually, we might drink it.

Drinking water may dilute the alcohol concentration in your saliva, potentially affecting the test results. However, the effectiveness of this strategy can vary depending on the amount of alcohol consumed and the time elapsed between consumption and the test. It's best to avoid alcohol if you need to pass a test.
That would deped on a lot of factors: how much you've drank, your current age, etc. The best way to know is to go to a doctor.
