There is a complete list of all POW's interred at OFLAG XIII-B, Hammelburg, Germany as of 3/25/1945 available from Robert T. Thompson, 7448 E 68th Place, Tulsa, OK. Not all these prisoners were captured during the battle of the Bulge, but a great many were. Some were recent arrivals from OFLAG 64 in Poland which included General Patton's son-in-law. This camp was the subject of the famous raid in spring of 1945 by Major Abe Baum in an attempt to free the POW's. Book of same name, "Raid" by Richard baron, Abe Baum and Richard Goldhurst, Dell publishing.
