There isn't a single answer, offically they are Great Britain with the S.A.S and Parachute Regiment, The United States of America with their Navy S.E.A.L.S, 101st Airborne Division, Green Berets and Delta Force and Russia's Spetsnaz.

The best Special forces group would be the Coalition SF. This is a combination of all themilitary'sfrom the Western World fighting in Afghanistan today. Some leeks show that the special forces from the different countries are put into "Task Forces"...such as Task Force Black. Since it's a combination of different Special Forces (US SEALS,Delta Force,SAS,SBS,German SF,GROM etc etc) then it surely outmatches anyone else.

The British 22nd SAS, according to numerous world leaders. Although the U.S Navy SEALS and Army Delta Force and Russian Army Spetsnaz are up with the SAS too.

All western special forces, and some others too, now cross train it is very difficult to say one is 'better' than another. The equipment may vary and the tactics used may differ in minor points.

well... it dosent really matter because all armies have their own good technology. so you want the armies to be number 1 that your from yes? well im from britain and the british is probably one of the best armies in the world.... because they probably only have about 350 men dead! but the americans have a thousand dead.! so its your opinion to decide what the best army is. oh and well the best special forces are s.b.s. s.a.s. u.s. navy seals and green berets.
