Even the Gandhi Museum New Delhi does have proof of this. Actually, Nautamlal Bhagvanji Mehta ( Kamdar ) was the first to do so on January 21, 1915 in Jetpur, India. If you can provide proof, to the contrary, we are welcome to it. However, presenting wrong information is worse than presenting no information.
