  • German's made a comment on France who had felt insulted by this comment. France declared war on Germany and a foolish ambassador accepted this declaration. And as we know it led on from there to world war one until finally it reached the point for the year 1919. There was a treaty signed saying that the war was entirely Germany's fault and they were the whole start to the war. No one really know WHO as in the specific person who started the comment from there, but we can know where and when.
  • So the point to my conclusion is that the 1919 treaty states that it is Germany's fault.

As interesting as the story about the insult is, the fact is: the war started when the Archduke Ferdinand was assassinated in Sarajevo.
