Both of them were extremely dangerous and powerful and killed millions of people, tried to destroy world powers, and were engaged in experiments to destroy the West.
Hitler had an enormous control of his party and the German people as a whole. He was arguablly the most skilled orator in the history of the world and could get even the most sensible of people to do terrible things. He had an extremely powerful state police who he sent to intimidate political rivals. Of course, he ordered the Holocaust and killed around 10 million people. He tried to design the first Atomic Bomb (and probably could have managed it if it weren't for a US sabataugeing effort to destroy the Reich's supply of Hard Water).
History books tend to forget the 7 million peoples killed in the 30s by Stalin's secret police. Stalin was brutal, he didn't care if the Germans captured and killed his own son. He succedded in building the Atomic bomb. He was willing to sacrafice the lives of 27 million of his people to cast out the German armies from his lands.
Both were devoted to aquiring more territory for their nation. Hitler started World War 2 to gain territory, Stalin used the war to take over lands in Eastern Europe as well as in Asia. Stalin aided communist revolutionaries under Mao Xing Zong in China to engage in the second most deadly conflict in Human History, the Chinese Civil War.
In all, they were both ruthless and dangerous people. They had support from their citizens and were devoted to spreading their own government. I gave you the facts, you form your own opinion.
Stalin killed the most people, and it made little difference to him what ethnic or religious background they had. He was paranoid and was determined to purge everyone he perceived as being an enemy of his. Mussolini and Hitler were racists and egocentrics in their own right.
Yes, you could say that, as Mao was responsible for more deaths (largely through famine he caused) than Stalin or Hitler.
Stalin and Hitler were both equally violent.
Joseph Stalin and Adolph Hitler were both Communists.
Stalin and Hitler agreed on dividing Poland in the beginning of the second world war, and then Stalin was betrayed by Hitler, and they became enemies.
On the contrary, Hitler lied, or more accruately decieved, Stalin. He attacked and invaded Stalin's country (the USSR), and not vice versa.
hitler turned on stalin to get more power during the war, with made stalin an allie.
Stalin, I guess. As a saviour from fascism
No, Hitler and Stalin never met.

Joseph Stalin and Adolf Hitler were both in favor of what?
With Hitler he was a socialist. He had nothing in common with Stalin.
Joseph Stalin and Adolph Hitler were both Communists.
Nope Stalin killed more than Hitler ever did.
