President Roosevelt, Britain's Churchill, Russia's Stalin.
The leaders of the three major Allies of World War II: Joseph Stalin, Franklin D. Roosevelt and Winston Churchill.
There were probably more than three. The leaders of the Axis powers were Adolf Hitler (Germany), Hideki Tojo (Japan), and Benito Mussolini (Italy). In America, the president was Franklin Delano Roosevelt when the war began; his top generals included George S. Patton and Dwight D. Eisenhower. Among the Allies, the leader of England was Winston Churchill, the leader of France was Charles de Gaulle, and the leader of the Soviet Union (which was an ally at that time) was Joseph Stalin.

It depends on which side. On the Allied side, it was Roosevelt of the USA, Churchill of the UK and Stalin of the USSR. On the other side it was Axis with Hitler of Germany, Mussolini of Italy and Hirohito of Japan.
