The Confederate soldiers won the Battle of Corpus Christi outnumbering the Union by 600 men (Union: 100 men; Confederates: 700 men). When word got around town to the commander (of the Confederate soldiers), he raised up an army (of 700 men), and surprised the Union (and pretty much creamed them all)
