He didn't want Great Britain as a conquest; he wanted (or rather, needed) to defeat Britain or make them otherwise sue for peace. Only then could he consolidate his grip on continental Europe and concentrate on what he really wanted to conquer: the vast expanse of the Soviet Union.

Hitler very narrowly succeeded through the U-boot war in the Atlantic by which he managed at one point to destroy and sink so many tons of war supplies, food supplies, oil and raw materials that Great Britain came on the brink of not being able to go on. It was US President Roosevelt who almost single-handedly pushed through the measures to turn the tide.

In the end, not having been able to defeat Britain Hitler nevertheless invaded Russia. Britain then turned into a springboard for massive Allied help to Russia and Hitler now had to fight a two-front war, which proved more than he could handle.

Why did Hitler want to join with Australia?

There is no historical evidence to suggest that Adolf Hitler had any intention or desire to join forces with Australia. Hitler was primarily focused on expanding German influence in Europe and implementing his Nazi ideology, not forming alliances with countries outside of Europe. Any claim of Hitler wanting to join with Australia should be treated as baseless speculation or misinformation.

Why did Hitler want a non-agression agreement with the Soviet Union?

Hitler (correctly) assumed that he would soon be at war with France and Britain. In World War I Germany had gotten stuck fighting against France, Britain, and Russia, all at the time same. Hitler hoped to avoid repeating that mistake, and sought the non-aggression pact with Stalin. Almost immediately after getting it, Hitler's Germany invaded Poland, and World War II began.
