I am not sure what you mean. At the present time it is very easy to resist Hitler, who died in 1945 and is not very influential in the 21st century. But perhaps you personally find it hard to resist him. Or perhaps what you are really asking is why Hitler had so much power in his lifetime, in the first half of the 20th century, when his armies rolled irresistibly across Europe. If that is what you are asking, Hitler had the most technologically advanced military of his time, and knew how to use tanks and aircraft to his advantage. His opponents just did not understand military realities as well as he did.
