Communism and Non-Communists existed prior to WW2. We just had a temporay truce until the Axis Powers were defeated. After Germany and Japan were defeated then we concentrated on each other in the cold war. The AXIS POWERS were an immediate danger to the world.
They tried their best to convince the world they were just bystanders in all the aggression. The US passed 3 neutrality acts to convince everyone they were not gonna be involved in any aggressive action .... They hid from the idea that war was coming .. In a word - appeasement, i.e. a light slap on the wrist and an "Oh, you are a naughty boy".
That's a darn good question. Certainly Hitler might easily have been stopped before his evil career reached full flower, and millions might have lived to grow old and die in their beds instead of finding an early death. Basically France and Britain lacked the political will to do so. They both had a belly full from the first war, and wanted no more of it. The people of the US, disgusted with the result of the first war, wanted as little involvement as possible in the endless, dreary, greedy, violent European situation.
The whole world except for the Roman Empire. Find out what the area of this empire was and see which areas of the rest of the world were not part of it.
"to bolster the numbers of their army. plus they were considered an expendable asset. they would much rather have other people die than their own citizens" This answer is mostly true; Rome would much rather foreigners die than their own citizens, but simplistic. According to many Roman writers, including Tacitus and Julius Caesar himself, barbarian mercenaries were in many ways preferable to their own citizens in battle because the very civilization that Romans held so dear was conversely viewed as a means by which men were made "soft". The fiercest fighters, in their eyes, were barbarians, who had not yet learned to love the relative ease of city life, and were made rough by the savagery of their native lands. In addition, diets rich in protein, as opposed to carbohydrates, also meant barbarians, particularly northern barbarians, were generally much taller and larger in stature than their Roman counterparts. It was also believed by many ancient Graeco-Roman scholars that cold weather made men fearsome and more courageous. The Roman writer Vitruvius echoed the beliefs of many Greek writers before him, like Hippocrates and Posidonius, when he said, "... those races nearest to the southern half of the axis are of lower stature, with swarthy complexions, curly hair, black eyes, and little blood, on account of the sun. This poverty of blood makes them over-timid to stand up against the sword... On the other hand, men born in cold countries are, indeed, ready to meet the shock of arms with great courage and without timidity". It can also be said that barbarian mercenaries did not have the same biases and allegiances that many of the Roman soldiers had, meaning they were less likely to betray their leaders in support of a Roman rival. In this they were believed to be more loyal and dependable than Roman citizens, who had a greater interest in the intrigues of politics.
Climate changes
Eurasia's long east-west axis facilitated the spread of agriculture because it allowed for similar climate zones and day lengths, making it easier for crops and animals to adapt and spread. This led to the domestication of plants and animals more quickly across different regions.
because of sensitivity to climate, crops were more easily transported on an east-west axis.

The radius of gyration is a scalar quantity. It is a measure of the distribution of mass around an axis and quantifies how spread out the mass is from that axis of rotation.

Axis Media Control is a software application developed by Axis Communications that allows users to view and manage video streams from Axis network cameras and encoders. It provides features such as live video viewing, playback of recorded footage, and support for various video formats. The application is often used in security and surveillance settings, enabling users to monitor and control multiple devices from a single interface. It is typically installed on a computer or device to facilitate easy access to Axis video products.
Axis hubs are devices that facilitate networking and connectivity by allowing multiple devices to communicate with each other. Key features include high-speed data transfer, multiple ports for connecting devices, and easy setup. Benefits of using Axis hubs include improved network performance, increased efficiency in data transfer, and simplified management of connected devices.

One drawback of the east-west axis of Eurasia is the stark climatic differences it creates across the continent, leading to challenges in agricultural production and human settlement. Additionally, the vast distances along the east-west axis can make transportation and communication more difficult and costly. The spread of diseases and invasive species can also be facilitated due to the extensive land connectivity along this axis.
Everyone did, the international press were invited to them when they opened in 1933. The New York Times did a two page spread in praise of them.
