There were a large number of medieval poets, including Hildegard of Bingen, Geoffrey Chaucer, Walter von der Vogelweide, Chrétien de Troyes, Marie de France, Christine de Pizan, Dante Alighieri, and Petrarch. There were so many, I am not sure how a complete list could be made.
You should understand that the Late Middle Ages included much of the beginning of the Renaissance, and so some poets are listed in both times. Dante is one example.
