Have you ever crashed a wedding or had your wedding crashed, if so what happened?

When I was little, my cousins were all going to be in a wedding for someone on the other side of the family. My mom and I were not technically invited, but she wanted to see everybody all dressed up, so she put me in a velvet dress with a matching scrunchie and we snuck in. I didn't really know what was going on, but I was just happy to be along for the ride. I didn't realize we weren't invited to that wedding until about 15 years later.

Not my story, but my sister and cousin once ditched our other cousin's wedding reception because it was dry (as in, no alcohol), and crashed another newlywed couple's reception on the next floor up of the event space we were in. They just kinda lurked around, and even ended up in the background of some official wedding photos!

The worst wedding crasher I ever saw was when I was re-marrying after going through a rather stressful divorce. Everyone was at the church, we had flowers, photographers, cake, the works.

And then SHE showed up. She really ruined my marriage by coming to the wedding, and I will never forgive my new wife for being so heartless.

This is how it went down: So my cousin who I’m very close with was getting married and his soon to be wife was his highschool sweetheart and they had a hunters wedding and me being the best man I was given the opportunity of doing something awesome but also really stupid. So what happened was that when the had officially became husband and wife me the best man was all covered in Camo hiding in a bush with a Ruger Hawkeye Alaskan and I was hunting deer because they literally wanted me to go hunt a deer and for food and they had a massive amount of food and my Aunt told me that she wanted me to go kill a deer for food on their WEDDING DAY! And so I did and I knew a great spot that they were always around and so my younger brother comes with me and he drives the truck back when he drops me off and so I go to the spot and low and behold there are deer everywhere and yes it was deer season otherwise I wouldn’t have killed one and so I’m sittin there waiting and then I see a massive 8 pointer, so I long up my sights and down goes the deer and so when I go to get it I pick it up and I say it was about 200 to 230 pounds and I pick this deer up and I realize I don’t have a truck to get back and so I am a tall person 6’5” and 198 pounds and I’m really strong so I pick this deer up and basically carry it for about 15 minutes with several brakes in between and when I get back to the wedding i had missed the ceremony and I was covered in blood so when the flower girls saw me they screamed and one thing led to another and I had basically interrupted the part where it was the kiss part of the wedding and my Aunt was pissed but I was so tired and had probably thrown my back out I just set the deer down walk around the cabin where we were and had collapsed from carrying a 215 pound deer over my shoulders

Edit: This was a funny thing for me to write about because when this happened I was 16 and that happened a year ago and when this happened I actually found out the true story which was that my Aunt had not really liked me because of some unknown reason and when this happened she basically sent me off somewhere so I wouldn’t be part of the ceremony and so I guess she didn’t want me and my cousin to have

such a good friendship and when I found out about it I was surely pissed but I also knew that getting angry about it would only lead to a bigger problem so all I said was I don’t care let be this way if she wants to be this way let her she knows it doesn’t effect me and it won’t.

So the story goes like this.Two three years back we were invited to a wedding at some marriage hall. That was the wedding season, so there were lots of weddings at that particular time.

So, me, my mother and brother went to the place where we were invited. There were two wedding halls on the opposite sides of the road, and in both the halls the hall name was not properly written, we were not able to see the name.

So we entered one hall, and we were carrying some gift to be presented to the bride,the hall was beautifully decorated and not so crowded, we entered the hall and started to look for some familiar faces. Saw no familiar face.
