get a new light
Pot lights? I will guess recessed ceiling lights? I would look at the one that shorted to see if it is the first one in the series and lost the connection. The switch may also be the problem.
check your switch inside the cab (the one you actually use to turn lights on and off). Mine did the same thing and the switch had shorted out...should be an easy fix
Generally, dash lights and tail lights are on the same fuse so that if the tail fuse blows you'll know. When the tail light was "smashed", it shorted out the circuit and blew the fuse. You need to fix the tail light before you can get the dash lights to work.
If your microwave shorted out, unplug it immediately and do not use it. Contact a professional technician to assess the damage and repair the microwave. Do not attempt to fix it yourself as it can be dangerous.
shift position sensor failed, or wires are shorted
sounds like you have a shorted wire somewhere in the circuit. If your jeep has a trailer harness or has rust at the rear of the jeep, look for wires that may be grounding out. Could be easy or a nightmare but this is a good place to start.
old lights, blowen fuse, shorted wire?
Something is shorted to ground on that circuit
If it is the tail lights, it is the headlight switch. If it is the brake lights, it is probably the brake light switch. I really don't know how to replace the bulb in the 3rd light. change the brake light bulb first it may be shorted causeing the other problem
there is no fuse for the reverse lights check the netural safety switch it may be out of adjustment or shorted.
yes. unless the starter has shorted out and drained the battery or burned a system fuse all of the lights should operate as usual
Shorted wire to ground or failed brake switch.
