That depends on a myriad of factors relating to the type of condo, building arrangement, years you have been living at the condo, years the conceirge has been working there, the amount of HOA fees per sq feet you pay, how much you like the concierge, how many of them there are, how long they keep your packages, whether they open the door for you and, did I mention, how much you like them. If you own a place in New York, usually $100/concierge If you live outside of New York, say Atlanta or Chicago, usually $15-25/concierge.

Ask your neighbors or the managing agent for a recommendation. Then, if the staff has been more or less helpful to you this year, you can adjust your gift accordingly. As well, if you expect the staff to pay more or less attention to your residency in the coming year, that may also dictate your gift amount.

If your housekeeper comes weekly, then you should give him or her a week's pay as a gift. If he or she comes less frequently, then decrease that amount. Regarding the condo office staff, perhaps $25 or $50 would be reasonable.
