The typical Maltese diet would be very similar to that of Scilians. Being Fish (especially during the hotter months and due to the abundance of fish around the islands), also meat dishes, pasta dishes. Maltese have their own spin on pasta though are very similar to that found in Scilian or Italian cusines.
