Turning your clock back an hour for daylight saving time does not necessarily mean you will gain an extra hour of sleep. It simply adjusts the time on your clock to reflect the end of daylight saving time. Whether you choose to sleep an extra hour is up to you.
The minute hand of a clock turns about 360 degrees each hour.
November 7th
Turn the radio on. Took me forever to figure that part out. Once it's on, press and hold the clock button located under the RDM button on the left bottom side of the clock/radio display. The hour button will flash and you can set the time from there using the radio controls. Click the clock button to move forward after setting the hour, then minutes. It will beep when set.
Turn the radio on. Holding down the 'clock' button and use '' (forward) to set minute.
Turn the knob located on the gauge with RPM. If you turn to the right it advances the time. If you push it it changes from a 12 hour lock to a 24 hour clock an vise versa.
In the spring, you spring forward. In the fall, you fall back.So, in the spring, turn your clocks one hour forward. On a normal, 12-hour clock, that takes 3 hours. On a military, 24-hour clock, it takes 6 hours.
You should turn your clock back one hour at 2 am on the first Sunday in November, as part of the daylight saving time adjustment in certain regions.
