well if you have any dinners or occasions coming up you could wear it to that, but it doesn't just have to be formal or smart occasions you could just wear it out shopping, accesroize it with like a casual jacket or cardi and some casual shoes. If its black or white i would wear brighter colours with some bright braclets and if its a patterened dress i would wear simple coloured accesroies.
