I would say start when it gets dark but if you've got younger children going it's normally OK to go about 5 o'clock
how did the ~America tradition of trick or treating on halloween begin
Children usually start trick or treating at dusk and go as late as 9 p.m. Anytime after you might be disturbing people's sleep.
Most of the time. The trick is not to LET him/ her back.
Around 8 O'clock
there really is no starting time.... just when you see people out there then its the time to go but i would think going around 6:30 or when ever it gets dark and spoooky
There Is No Designated Time Or Day For "T o T" In Arlington,Texas. Most Kids Start Out Around The Time It Starts To Get Dark Out. The Wee Younger Ones May Start Out A Little Earlier. But,There Is No Official Time Or Day For That Matter. Be Safe And Have Fun!
